Want a competitive edge when selling a home?
Consider staging.
about us
Curated Staging has been in business for over 5 years. We started because honestly, we love houses, furniture and shopping.
AND were told we had a pretty good eye!
why stage a house?
Enhances Visual Appeal: Staging helps create a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere. By arranging furniture, decor, and accessories strategically, you can highlight the home's best features and downplay any potential drawbacks.
Facilitates Imagination: Staging allows potential buyers to imagine themselves living in the space. A well-staged home helps buyers envision how they could use each room and see the property as a comfortable and desirable place to live.
Highlights Functional Spaces: Properly staged homes showcase the functionality of each room. This can be particularly important if a room has a unique purpose or if the layout of the home might be confusing without visual cues.
Showcases Potential: Staging can help emphasize the potential of a space. For example, if a room has multiple potential uses (e.g., a spare room that can be a home office or a guest bedroom), staging can demonstrate the versatility of the space.
Creates a Positive First Impression: First impressions matter, and a well-staged home creates a positive and memorable first impression for potential buyers. This can set the tone for the entire viewing experience.
Photography and Online Listings: Staged homes often photograph better, which is crucial in today's digital age where many homebuyers start their search online. High-quality photos of a staged home can attract more attention and generate more interest from potential buyers.
Competitive Edge: In a competitive real estate market, staging can give a property a competitive edge. It helps the home stand out among other listings and may influence buyers to choose a staged home over a non-staged one.
Neutralizes Personal Style: Staging typically involves depersonalizing the space by removing personal items and decor. This allows potential buyers to envision the home with their own belongings, making it easier for them to connect with the property.
While there are no guarantees, research does show staging contributes to:
Enhanced Perceived Value: Staging helps showcase a property's features and potential. When buyers see a well-staged home, they may be more willing to pay a premium for a property they perceive as move-in ready and well-maintained.
Faster Sales: Staged homes tend to sell more quickly, and in real estate, a quicker sale can often result in a higher sale price.
Positive First Impressions: Staging contributes to positive first impressions, both in person and in online listings. Buyers are more likely to be drawn to a property that looks appealing and well-cared-for, and this positive impression can translate into a willingness to pay more.
Increased Perceived Square Footage: Staging can make rooms appear larger and more functional, giving the impression of increased square footage. A home that feels more spacious may be perceived as offering more value, potentially justifying a higher selling price.
Professional Photography: Staged homes often photograph better, and high-quality photos can attract more attention online. Improved visibility can lead to a larger pool of interested buyers, increasing the chances of receiving competitive offers.
Will staging bring more money to the sale?

Our Portfolio
So, how do we do it?
We bring in our own stuff! Yes that’s right, we have a warehouse full of furnishings we can bring to your home!
We use the homeowners stuff! Sometimes, it’s just creatively using the homeowners stuff in a different way. Adding and subtracting until we get just the right blend of feels.
We do an accessory stage! There are times when all we need to bring in are a few pops of color, or some modern touches. We call this an accessory stage. This just freshens the space to appeal to the current buyers.
We focus on the main spaces! We focus on what sells homes: Kitchen, baths, living room and primary bedroom. This way we can hyper focus on those spaces and make them stand out. Having every room in a home staged is unnecessary and can get quite expensive and cumbersome.
